Jennifer Brennan, President
Jennifer Brennan is the Assistant to the CEO at a Concord, NH-based risk management organization. She also works closely with the organization’s education and training department as a speaker and facilitator. As a certified business coach, she is passionate about helping her clients learn how to identify and leverage their own strengths as leaders, and also learn how to coach and develop others. In previous lives, she worked in media, finance, and healthcare, picking up little gems of knowledge along the way.
Jennifer graduated with Bachelor’s Degrees in journalism and English from the University of Connecticut, and a Masters of Business Administration from Plymouth State University. She is a certified personal fitness trainer and health coach currently developing White Wave Wellness, a holistic health, fitness and wellness company. She is (often stubbornly and obsessively) impassioned with yoga, running, writing, reading and finding adventures in new places – always with coffee in hand. Jennifer is forever committed to speaking openly and candidly about mental illness – including her own – as her way of shining some light into the darkness and helping to eliminate stigma and shame for all who continue to fight.
Ann Melim, Vice President
Ann is a long-time New Hampshire resident. She has a BA in English and MA in Education from the University of New Hampshire and teaches English at Hollis-Brookline High School. Ann lives in Goffstown with her Husband, Joe, and her daughter, Isabel. Ann has worked to raise awareness and funds for various causes related to mental health through hiking, including treks up Mount Washington and Kilimanjaro
Lucas Woods, Treasurer
Luke Woods is a longtime New Hampshire resident and a University of New Hampshire graduate. After earning his BA in American History and Masters in Education, Woods started his career in education by providing specialized instruction for students facing learning and social challenges in Washington, D.C. He returned to New Hampshire in 2009 and taught social studies at Hollis Brookline High School for six years. Woods currently teaches social studies at his alma mater, Merrimack High School, where he also serves as advisors to Student Council and for the Classes of 2019 and 2022. Woods lives in Amherst with his wife, Kaitlyn, and their children, Sam and Max.
Benjamin Doyle, Secretary
Currently, Ben Doyle is the VP of Business Development for Senet, Inc. Senet is a LoRaWAN cloud platform provider for the Internet of Things. In addition to Senet, Ben has over 20 years of high-tech experience in sales, marketing, operations and I.T. Ben has a B.A. in Government from Colby College and received his M.B.A. from Plymouth State University. While not working, Ben enjoys fishing, mountain biking, skiing, running, and reading. Cory Ducharme, Board Member at Large
Cory Ducharme is a longtime New Hampshire resident and a Keene State graduate. After earning his BA in History, Ducharme started his career in education teaching at Conant High School in Jaffrey, NH. In 2018 Ducharme joined the staff at Merrimack High School, where he also serves on the Challenge Day Committee and as advisor for the Classes of 2020. Ducharme lives in Amherst with his wife, Brittany.
